Nightmare Landlord who is entitled, Unreasonable and a *****.

Please be aware of the rental by the name of Ann in the club house, when its time to pay your your deposit back she creates unnecessary things just to pay you your full deposit back. in my case she wants me to pay for something I didn't especially when she failed to inspect the place before I moved in, and I send her photos of the state of the place. there was no maintenance done when I moved in as I moved in immediately when the owner moved out, now she wants to charge me for cleaning the horrible place and say why didn't I try to clean the place. my question is why didn't she ask the owner to clean the place, I feel this is unfair as didn't cause the mess in the first place. I am writing this to make people aware that rather go for other rental agents if you want to rent at Parklands Estate Parkrand Boksburg
