Changing Rules at a whim - Not Registered at Deed Office (Code of Conduct)

Beware of Renting or buying property in this Estate......?????????????????.

On the 13th February 2021, I sold items of furniture – Fridge, Queen Mattress – Single Bases/Bed. When the purchaser wanted to leave the complex, with codes I provided upon entry, they were stopped from doing so and told its 16:00pm and no moving can take place till the next morning. I was called to the main gate by the purchaser. Upon me arriving the (White) security guard informed me that the vehicle with the furniture cannot leave the premises. He told me it’s after 16:00pm, I thought he was joking, as I have not or ever heard of this new rule and I have been staying in this complex for 12 months.

*Nothing was given to me in writing or for that matter I have not signed that I received in writing this new rule.*

I strongly object to the way this matter was conducted and to be told that my deposit is to be held back, because of this rule, that I know nothing about. Is totally ridicules to say the least.

Parkland Estates is to make sure that all it residence is aware of NEW RULES been imposed on its residence, including Tenant’s/renters
