Subject Vehicle Damage Complaint – Unsafe Parking Area. I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred on Saturday, 18 April 2026, at your parking area. While exiting the parking bay, my vehicle struck unfinished structures/poles in the parking area, which were not clearly marked or properly completed. As a result, my car sustained significant damage. This is not an isolated incident, as I am aware that other vehicles have also been damaged due to the same hazardous condition. The presence of these unfinished and poorly marked structures poses a serious risk to customers and their property. I kindly request that this matter be urgently investigated and that appropriate steps be taken to repair the unsafe area to prevent further damage to other vehicles. Additionally, I request guidance on the process for submitting a claim for the damages incurred to my vehicle. Please find attached photos and any supporting documentation regarding the incident.
