SHOCKING customer service - charged incorrectly

What shocking customer service. Was incorrectly charged over R500! Still waiting for a reply after 2 weeks. When phoning them to see what is happening I get told I would hear the same day, still waiting for an answer. Phone calls are now being ended on me !
