They are honest and will tell you that if you are over 50 , chances of finding a permanent job is almost zero. In saying so, they help you see that if you change your CV to that of a Contract person, you will be contacted by Recruiters , which is exactly what happened to me. I have 3 interviews now in the pipeline. The other Recruitment Agencies dont have time and dont care and I can say this because of my own personal experience.
