DISAPPOINTMENT IN PARKER ATTORNEYS CLAREMONT

I am writing to express my profound disappointment in Parker attorneys, specifically Zaheer Parker, you as the attorney appointed to assist me with an extremely sensitive matter. You are fully aware that I require your services as a result of losing my husband in a tragic accident in March 2025. You were appointed by LegalWise to assist me with a Road Accident Fund claim, yet more than a year after my husband's passing, I have still not received the assistance and progress I reasonably expected. I am particularly frustrated that I have been led to believe for an extended period that we were awaiting feedback or a report from an actuary. Out of sheer frustration, I took the liberty of contacting Munro Forensic Actuaries myself today, 22 June 2026. After speaking with Chloe, I was shocked to learn that Parker Attorneys had not provided them with any instruction regarding my matter. In fact, Chloe located a query submitted by you relating to the minor daughter. My husband and I have no children, nor did he have any children outside of our marriage. This raises serious concerns about the attention being given to my case. Furthermore, I have also been led to believe that an Industrial Psychologist's report was required before the matter could proceed. However, Munro Forensic Actuaries advised me that such reports are generally required for claims involving loss of earnings, not loss of support. This information directly contradicts what I have repeatedly been told. I constantly feel as though I have to chase you for updates and feedback. Today, I reached my breaking point upon learning that the actuaries do not even have basic supporting documentation from your office, including my husband's death certificate, payslips, and other essential documents. At this stage, I do not know what conclusion to draw other than that my situation has not been taken seriously and that my matter has not been treated as a priority. It appears that I have been led to believe we were awaiting a report from Munro when, in reality, no instruction had even been issued to them. I am deeply disappointed by the manner in which this matter has been handled. The loss of my husband has been devastating, and the lack of progress, communication, and apparent misrepresentation regarding the status of my claim has only added to the distress I have already endured.
