Excellent exchange service

Just a shout-out for the fantastic service I received from Parkas! I ordered a pair of vellies for hubby's birthday, but they were too small. I logged a return on Monday. The courier collected from me on Tuesday. I received an e-mail on Thursday stating that my new order had just been shipped! And all of this free of charge. Great service!!
