Park villages unprofessionalism

I bought a car from Park Village (ABSA Auctions) KZN on the 17/11/2022. They sent me invoice and I paid. I arranged with them a date where I would go there to take the car and they agreed. Today when I irrived to pick up the car I am told that the car was withdrawn from the Auction and therefore I won't get the car. Their reasons are that the car does not natis document (which they can get from the nearest post office) and ABSA is still in legal battle with the owner [financed] of the car. The guy called Clint who was assigned to assist is so unprofessional, rude and lie a lot.
