Feedback received to complaint

Good day. Please note that all of this information does not come from Park Village (I had to phone other people as well) - I called their auction ****. To the attorney letter I received dated 28 September 2017, indicating Mr Norton for an auction that was only held on 10 October 2017, I received the following explanation. Their was an offer pre-auction by Brett Norton (the son of Frederick William Norton). This offer was however not accepted. However on the 10th of October 2017 an auction was held and the Fredrick William Norton (the dad of Brentt Norton) made an offer on the auction. It is still not clear when this offer was accepted (as certain information received, claims it is subject to Master approval). I trust that I have some information wrong, then there attorney Lennard ***an, will take action against me. I trust that people who read my previous complaint will feel better about Park Village Auctioneers (but I do not).
