Poor service (Angry and Disappointed)

I took the car for Major service for 105000km's and paid R3,468.18 only this was done: Oil filter, Oil, Refill intake to replace plugs, Spark plugs, Engine wash, Sump washer, Replace and supply rear fog light globe, top up brake fluid. ( Fan belt was not replaced and the next day got broken) I am so Angry and Disappointed.
