Dissappointed in workmanship

Staff friendly and helpful however quality of work poor :-(

My car was taken in for a consult on the fuel pump. Tests were done on the lift and Park Motors reported back timings were changed but all in order.

A few weeks later I sent my car in as battery went flat and would not start after recharging. Park Motors advised fuel pump needed to be reconditioned. After two weeks and removing the fuel pump 3 times, only then an auto electrician was called in. My car was returned in unsatisfactory condition. I could not accelerate under 2500 revs. After returning the car twice over two weeks this was only resolved.

6 weeks later my car broke down again. Park Motors quoted 10K to recondition cylinder head and replace the head gasket. I subsequently had my car towed to my work mechanic and they reported back Park Motors were at fault. The fuel pump should never have been done without the injectors. Also the cambelt timing should have been adjusted. This whole ordeal has cost me 15K, if the auto electrician was called in first. All the above could have been avoided
