Sworn at by a cleaner at Park Inn hotel not action or apology given by management

I was sworn at by a cleaner who was making noise in the early hours at 02h00 we could not sleep because he was busy banging cups. Reception areas was no were to be found. Management or the manager on site did not even apologise to me they were busy telling me about procedure to cover up for their friends
