service level

<p>I'm parked outside at park inn by Radisson. When I feel a bump and rumble behind my car. Only to find the door man handling a couple of fallen bags. Upon further investigation I see a scratch on my car. I point it to the door man he immediately denies it and starts saying this is **** he does not have time he did not do anything. I proceed to the manager who seems overwhelmed and just restates what the doorman said. He blantetly says the doorman says he didn't do it. There is nothing else he can do. I was just bled that my car was damaged by me. I should learn to fix my own car and stop blaming others. The time 1833pm 29/11/2016</p>
