Refund

Good Day,

This report is for Protea Hotel Abeokuta (Nigeria), I stayed there and checked out before time ( I was supposed to check out on the 20th) however we were forced to leave a day earlier cause the last flight was on the 19. We left in a hurry, the hotel stuff told us to email our banking details which I did in less than 5 days after my departure.

I have not received my refund, I have been in contact with Benjamin and have provided him with 2 banking details yet my refund has not been processed. He does not reply to my texts.

This is so disappointing
