Park Inn Sandton 5 stars hotel bad service and no refund in properly time and still pending infos of transaction(no money to my account came ever)

<p>I was having the worst experience ever can a human had in a Hotel.</p> <p>The thing there is out of control:</p> <p>1. the change me 3 rooms with none of them be in properly position.</p> <p>2. damaged tv control</p> <p>3.,tv not working,</p> <p>4.air condition not working making noise(not able to sleep)</p> <p>5.no clean towels for two days and giving me 2 small one telling there <br />was no laundry available</p> <p>6.no clean sheets for the bed</p> <p>7.leaking water in toilet pot</p> <p>8.broken bracket in the toilet</p> <p>9.not clean air refresher in the bathroom in the toilet</p> <p>10.molted bread in the breakfast,</p> <p>11. 5 times order cheeseburger and chip and a coca cola and they bring it after 3 hours.</p> <p>12.1 time order an orange juice and apple juice and an apple an took 3 hours again.</p> <p>13.requesting for towel and sending me electrician for the lamps</p> <p>14.not working lamps in the desk</p> <p>15.shouting doors in the breakfast place making people scared 4-5 times</p> <p>16.and finally two weeks wait for a simple bank transaction as an apologie for all this mess .</p> <p>17.No properly telephones working.</p> <p> </p> <p>i really don't know why i should pay something like that behaviour and get back only my 50% of my money back and not a full refund.</p> <p>please inform the owner of Park in that after i will keep quiet my self with full refund.</p> <p>So please pass this information to the owner of the hotel.<br />and please don't forget to tell him that i moved out from his hotel and i went to another one to stay for 14 more days i was planning to stay to his hotel and i didn't because of the level and the quality of service.</p> <p>and i ask for the value date transaction and they didnt provide me that and as well the money of 50% refund never came back to my acount as well.</p>
