Not expected for a 4 star hotel

I just checked in about an hour ago, did not expect to see bedding that is torn as well as the kettle that is broken in the room. This is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel and I am disappointed as I have used Radisson hotels in Cape Town before just not this one.

Surely someone must be checking the quality of such things on daily basis. This may sound trivial but it is unacceptable. Quality is important
