I made reservation in October 2015 for the 13th of December and requested a proforma invoice which was sent to me on the 20th of October. I settled the invoice on the 6 of November 2015 of which I overpaid and sent them proof of payment. on the 13th of December when I checked in they said I must pay because my account was still outstanding . That really sucked, because if I didn't have a credit card I was going to sleep in the car. They had 5 weeks to update the account but they didn't. now they took money from my credit card and this is the third day the money is still not refunded. i didn't even get the refund on the overpaid invoice.
