Disgusted

<p>Really expected more at the Park Inn Sandton. Service delivery is non-existant. We requested numerous times for maintenance to fix our air conditioning and never came to our room. We requested numerous times to ask if someone can come check out water temperature. Just to be told on last night that there has been a problem with the room temp. So if that is the case why were we booked into a room that is not set up to stay in. Then when reception promised to book us into new room they would personally bring new key. Hour later still nothing. Had to phone and they can't remember i was just there and told me to come fetch a key! Then said okay they will send someone with a key 30min later still no key! </p> <p> </p> <p>Just disgusted and really pathetic service. Would never recommend them.</p>
