disgusted

I checked into the park inn hotel on the 01/05/2016, as I entered the room I needed to use the toilet asap, as I walked into the toilet I was totally disgusted as I found blood stains on the toilet seat, it took the cleaner about 45minutes to get to the room. I also had to request 3 blankets to sleep with as the aircon was malfunctioning . i am totally disappointed as this is a 4 star hotel but the service is really poor i took photos of the toilet seat and i will publish this if this is not sorted out
