Disappointed

<p>At 5 o'clock on 30 April 2017 I entered the room after an entire day out only to find there were no towels, refreshments,tissues and toiletries. Upon calling housekeeping they assured me they would sort it out. Upon returning to the room 3 hours later the items were still missing. Housekeeping on the 5th floor don't care. </p>
