Diasppointed

0n 24 February 2020 I booked in at Park Inn Hotel in Sandton. I was allocated room 305. I was was very disappointed to find that the room had not been cleaned. The dustbin had not been emptied, the toilet had been used and not flushed, the bath mat was dirty and had been used and someone shaved and there was hair on the sink. This was an obvious disappointment as I have used this hotel in other cities.
