<p>After asking to speak to someone regarding a corporate rate/contract for our company, I was holding the line for 10 minutes being put through to different employees in the hotel.Nobody being able to help me & talking to people in the back ground while i'm on the line.</p> <p> </p> <p>Poor service & new client oppertunity lost.</p>
