dinner interruptions

<p>After more than 20 visits to this hotel I was treated like a *****.</p> <p>It took 20 minutes to book in.</p> <p>Firstly my booking was not found. Then I wa sgiven a booking with the wrong name.</p> <p>On the correct booking the recptionist insisted on taking full payment.</p> <p>I ordered room service and after tipping 12% I started eating burger and chips.</p> <p>No salt and pepper and no tomatoe sauce for the chips --Mustard!!</p> <p>% minutes later a call-- "you have no credit for food". I requested, please allow me to pauy in the morning. I was told no, so I said I would finish eating and I will come to reception to pay.</p> <p>2 minutes later a call came and I stopped eating. In disgust I said to come and take my food and get the manager to call.</p> <p>A waste of time and 5 minutes later the half eaten meal was taken and cash demanded and paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had many problems here, but I do not like change so I kept returning.</p> <p> </p>
