Park Inn Apartments not sure

on the 08th January 2025 i reached out to Park Inn Apartments after seeing their pages on both Instagram and Facebook, i was responded immediately. On the 09th January the communication continued as i had to find a place in Cape Town to spend my birthday, i was assisted by someone with the name Xolani Sithole who gave me different options to choose from and asked me to deposit at least 1 night fee as i was looking for a 3 nights accommodation , on the 29th January i paid that deposit of R1500.00 into the Tyme Bank account they manually provided ,and i asked him why am i not able to pay online instead of manual, He responded by saying their website is still under maintenance. The same day of the 29th in the evening i apologized for the inconvenience as the same dates the ladies booked for my birthday outing somewhere else as i provided them with proof and it would clash i then asked for a refund. I also requested that refund on email they provided me with ***. On the 30th He said he sent my request to the relevant department, i have been trying to communicate with them on their number *** and they just blue tick my messages no longer responding like they did before the payment was done.
