Poor service

<p>Worst experience ever! Feel soooo **********! Paid R 260 for 2 bustickets and rocked up at the pick-up-point as per instruction. We got there at 15:30 as it was advertised that the bussess would leave between 15h00 and 17h00... Show's gates were opening at 16h00... Upon arrival, however, we had to wait and wait untill the buss was so full that some people had to get off... No leaving untill the buss was completely full... Because charging R 130 per person for about 18 km ride is not enough untill the buss is so full that no-one can move... Because Pete forbid that we have to make more than one trip and have to spend more on fuel...In the end... The buss only left at about 16:30... Just in time to get stuck in peak traffic... Bumper to bumper... The gates have been open for almost an hour and a half when we arrived at our event... Paid all that money for tickets just to now sit in the back of the venue and get ****py seats because of the delay... </p>
