Park and Ride SA no show

On Monday 23 February 2015 i purchased a Park and Ride ticket through Computicket for the Lions/Stormers match at Ellis Park on 28 February 2015 from East Rand Mall. The bus was due to leave East Rand Mall for the stadium at 17:30. The bus never arrived. I contacted Computicket who advised they had no record of the event being cancelled and was given a cell contact number which i phoned. The call went to voice mail where i enquired the status of bus and requested they return my call. As at 10:15 Monday 2 March 2015 i haven't heard from the company. I have subsequently emailed the company but haven't had the courtesy of a reply. Fortunately , thanks to a good Samaritan i managed to get a lift through to the stadium. Without their kindness i would have missed the rugby as well. Computicket have been very helpful even though they are only the agent in this transaction and have promised to come back to me once they have investigated. As for Park and Ride SA , they have my money why should they care.
