Being insulted and received bad service.

we were insulted and had the phone put down on us during a conversation when we phoned to enquire about a problem with the park and ride from Monte Casino to the Incubus concert. Apparently according to Park and Ride SA I am Not a decent person and the person I spoke to can teach me how to be one.
