Paris Hulett - Paradox alarm Installer

Paris Hulett installed my Paradox alarm system - in the beginning he was reliable. He then asked for an upfront payment of R5500.00 which I did in good faith . The product was not suitable for our house and he returned it the same day . This was in June 2019. He now refuses to refund me . He does not answer e mails or cells - Beware when using Paris Hulett
