Zero Support from Pargo so disappointing

DO NOT USE PARGO! There service does not exist, I have tried there helpdesk form, sent numerous emails direct to support, Leaving messages for call back as the support line goes to voicemail. The two occasions I did get through they promised they would get the correct person to contact me and assist. To date no one has bothered to reach out. How they are still in business I can't fathom.
