ZERO communication from Pargo after lost parcel

My parcel was collected by courier on the 7th of June 2024. Its now July the 2nd 2024 and Pargo has no idea where my parcel is. I have called about 5 times to try and get assistance but each time I'm being told the matter has been escalated and they never get back to me. What a frustrating service!
