Your service is terrible

Your company has to be the worst courier company by far... I returned a parcel through you on the 15th of October and to date it hasn't reached the place I've sent it to... And on your side you couldn't be bothered as I've complained numerous times... You're not the first courier company I've dealt with but you are honestly the worst... With other companies I've used before it takes max 2 days to get a returned parcel to it's destination.. I don't understand why it takes your company so long... You're honestly failing dismally
