Your service is abysmal!

On Wednesday morning, 22/06/2019 I received an email confirming ORDER RECEIVED and that the PARCEL DELIVERY PROCESS STARTED. Patiently I waited for my parcel as per site it can take 5 – 7 working days. Friday morning, 31/05/2019 I made contact with the Pargo call centre to find out the whereabout of my parcel. I was told it will be delivered by Monday, 03/06/2019. But that did not materialize either. After numerous follow up calls and emails that I had to make to Pargo I was informed on the 4th of June 2019 that my parcel is MISSING and that no one can assist me with the whereabouts of my order. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? This was a birthday gift for my friend and I cannot even try and express the disappointment that up until today, I am still waiting for her gift! If I could give Pargo Couriers a zero-star rating, I would have done so, unfortunately this site won't allow me! Your service is abysmal!
