Horrible service ever, I used my airtime to track my parcel which was out for delivery on the 1st. The lady that I spoke to said she is going to revert to me with a solid information, since then I did not hear any thing from her. I wrote an email asking trying to find out about my parcel whereabouts, their response was that *we going to get back to you after 4hrs*, and those hours have elapsed already.
