Worst services ever,

I have never received such bad service compared to pargo yoh, They delivered my academic record to a wrong store in Kimberley whereas I'm in JHB , I have been chasing them from July and they said they will reroute the document to the correct store okay cool, early Oct I call them and they tell me that They have sent back the document back to the school and I'm like that was not told that the document will be sent back to the school and I have I had not called them no one would have told me about it. Never use pargo for anything important they're the worst ever and they are not truthful let alone professional. now I have to pay R150!
