Worst service ever

I have got the worst service from this Company. I spoke to 6 consultants including 2 Senior Managers who couldn't resolve my query. They promised to give me feedback and they never did. I spoke to a Faheem who is a manager and promised to deliver but nothing happened. I spent over R300 on airtime to call them and still no query was resolved. My last straw was today, I called and they tell me my parcel was returned to my supplier without my consent. Apparently they tried to call me, it rings once and they never attempt to call again. I'm so disgusted by their service!! Guys Pargo has the worst customer service!! The consultants don't know how to solve queries. There is 0 service delivery!!
