Worst service

I ordered things at Zara online on black friday and my delivery date was the 8th of December for both parcels so I received the one but then Zara sent me a email saying they have changed the delivery dates to 11th to the 13th December for the other one when I check the tracker it's sitting with pargo ... I have been emailing and all I get from them is that they are investigating... don't use pargo ... the service is ridiculous and I still don't have my parcel .
