WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Worst service ever !! My parcel is still not with me since 1 April 2026, customer service is the worst I tried calling waiting so long just to receive worthless information no empathy no regrets just “ we will escalate the problem” they promised to call back waiting two working days and had to call them back still no help at all, just someone telling they doing a floor scan next thing they saying the parcel wasn’t picked up but it shows that it was picked up I wish I can attach pictures. These people are ********s and would never ever work with them again..
