WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

This is the WORST courier company EVER!! Lack of service, lacks the capacity and resources to provide a satisfactorily client service. They lack professional communication! Two parcels sent out on the 18th of June, and still have not even moved!! Every time you inquire you get fed a load of LIES and EXCUSES!! No one seems to know what is actually going on there, and cannot give you FACTS!! the story changes each time you contact them, then when you do phone, EVERYONE is either NOT AVAILABLE or in a "MEETING"!!! I am sick and tired of this company which I have been dealing with from the day they opened their business, and their service has just gone from BAD to WORSE!! Like a new broom that sweeps clean in the beginning and now that they have their customer base they cannot be bothered anymore!! This is NOT the first issue I have had with them, but seems as if the problems are just getting worse, as now it it EVERY parcel that takes WEEKS to deliver!!! I am sick and tired of their LIES and will NEVER use them again as a courier for mu business! If you want your business to get a bad reputation then go ahead and use PARGO!!! You Suc****
