worst courier ever

I would give them a 0 star if there was coz their service is appalling. I was told to drop of my parcel for an exchange and i did, received a confirmation email that they has received it and collected it and i have again received an email from them again advising that i did not drop off my parcel when they sent me a confirmation that i have dropped it and they have collected the parcel.
