WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER!

Worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered my daughter’s bag from toughies and they couried it using Pargo via clicks stores, after 2 weeks of ordering, I received an SMS telling me that my parcel had arrived, when I got to the store the staff could not find the parcel. I tried to call Pargo and their phones put me on hold for almost an hour before an automated voice message hung up my call. I am livid because I need that bag for my daughter’s school and I’m not getting any help from this ridiculous courier company. If ever given the option to courier via Pargo then RUN!!!
