Worst Courier

Absolutely by far, the worst courier service I have encountered with.

My parcel was collected 16 December from the sender. First, the chosen pickup point wouldn't accept the package. it was changed to a different point. that's fine, but it took nearly a week to get it to the new pickup point which is 8km from that one, why not take it to that point the same day?

it's now 2 January and i still don't have my parcel. it said it was ready for collection 31st December, I went to the store to collect and they say they don't have any parcel from Pargo for me.

Then there is the call center... I've been on hold for nearly an hour. An automated voice says I'm the next person to get through to an agent... after 20 min of hold, suddenly 5 people are ahead of me, this goes on multiple times with no luck getting through. all I want to know is where did the delivery guy drop off my package?
