Worst carrier experience

The worst carrier company I've ever used. They sent me an email saying my parcel (OFT1T***2) is ready for collection at Caltex wells estate in Port Elizabeth but when i got th that collection point the people at caltex who are also not much help are telling me my parcel is not there. I've been calling Pargo fir three consecutive days with no real help!!! All that they have been doing is bounce me around like a ping-pong from one consultant to another whom are also useless..telling me they will get back to me but never do. No one knows the whereabouts of my parcel and nobody is giving a straight answer....very frustrating.
