Worst baddest courier company in the world

This is the worst baddest courier service I have ever seen, I had/have ordered staff from TFG they delivered cracked casseroles in pieces, I ordered two, the one on the tracking shows it is still with courier for full two weeks now, I called the call center the consultant is horrible rude, so yes my parcel that I ordered on the 4th June it stuck with pargo, and it my 3rd time worst experience with them. Not even sure if sure if I will get my parcel or it will come broken if only it still exists. Bad service I wish TFG can change their contracts with those trash.
