Worse courier company

I so wish there was a 0 rating. Worse courier company i ever came across. My parcel was returned back before it even got to my collection site. Misleading sms notifications stating my parcel was ready for collection only to find that it never even came. From the 14 APRIL 2025 till today, now they telling me it was returned back
