Very Slow - No communication

I ordered a parcel online on the 20th of Novemeber 2017, I have called 4 times already to find out what is happening, but still on the 28th of November, my parcel is still "enroute".

I just wonder if it coming on a ship from Cape town to Johannesburg. Very unhappy.
