Very angry customer!

Your driver said he delivered my package to "the neighbor" without my consent and I still don't have my package exactly a month later. I asked why was I not sent an sms on the day of delivery or called upon delivering the parcel and I still don't have an answer. I called about 10 minutes later to report matter and instead of your agent calling the driver to return where he dropped the package he said they are not obligated to call or send me an sms. Between you guys and Cross trainer someone needs to replace my package or refund me ASAP!
