USELESS PARGO

Most Horrible service ever!... Parcel was "prepared" 30 May and today is 9 June and it still shoes that it is at the Courier Hub. I have written a mail, and they just reply that the parcel as at the hub and they will let me know when it will be dispatched. Call centre agents phoned me twice to hear if I am happy with the service. Then I so no as there were no services given. then he says he will get back to me with more details and then radio silence....
