Useless delivery service

I wish I could award 0 stars... Teaching number PAR*** was delivered to Clicks in Rosebank on 26 June... Supposed to be with me in PE by around 2 July. It's now the 15th of July and the parcel is still at Clicks in Rosebank. What a useless delivery service. Added to this, every time I call their "call centre" I start on the line for twenty minutes only to receive a message to leave a message and they'll call me back because they're keen to help - they clearly aren't, because they never actually get back to you. Also, I've had one email from a customer service person who clearly has no ability to help me either. What a complete shocker.
