UNHAPPY ABOUT SERVICE DELIVERY

I have been struggling with PARGO'S office since friday, asked the manager to call me. Twice today I have asked the Manager to call me, yet no call recieved. On Friday morning I called and was told my order is out on delivery. When I called after 2pm I was told my parcel was not even scanned in yet. This morning I was told my parcel only left on Friday. My parcel was collected on 1 February, to date nothing received, after making a noise to your call centre I now see that my parcel is out on delivery. I need my order by 10am, I am told I will receive before 5pm today. I want my order this morning please. I need a confirmed time.

I did eventually receive my order at about 11am but I am still not happy with their pathetic lead time. Why do we have to wait so long for deliveries and then we have staff that give incorrect information as well. No managers is prepared to even return your call to assist.

Pargo needs to have a look into logistics.

I am extremely dissapointed in the service and will make it known that they are unreliable.

If you not expecting your goods anytime soon then sure use Pargo they are leaders in delivery delays.
