Unacceptable service.

WORST SERVICE EVER !!! I had ordered something on the 2nd of March 2022 and it was picked up the next day by the courier saying I would receive it by the 9th of March 2022. I emailed them multiple times asking where my parcel is as it just sat at the company for 2 days. On Tuesday the 8th of March, after I had sent 2 emails, they emailed me back saying it was out on delivery. The same day I received my confirmation to collect from the pick-up point. I went to the pick-up point just to find out there was nothing there. I`ve sent multiple emails and tried phoning the call centre for customer service and didn`t get through and I was sent the SAME reply to all emails. It is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE.
